OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill with milk and begin the heating process using your espresso machine manufacturer's instructions.
- As the temperature of the contents rises the indicator bars will gradually light up.
- When the indicator bar appears brown, it indicates that the temperature is 4.5°F from the next temperature measure, i.e. when 158°F is brown, the actual temperature is 153.5°F.
- When the contents reach each temperature measure, the indicator bar will appear green.

- Use in a dishwasher as Latte Pro is dishwasher safe

- Attempt to peel the thermometer away from the pitcher. Any disturbance to the temperature indicator may result in a damaged product.
- Use abrasive cloths or sponges on the temperature gauge.
- Exceed temperature above 120 degrees Celsius or 248 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Latte Pro is not intended for use on stove tops or over an open flame.
