Adjust the grind to your taste
The grind regulator is located at the base of each mill. Turn it anti-clockwise for a coarser result and clockwise for a finer result. This makes it easy to adapt seasoning to different dishes, from coarse pepper over steaks to finer salt for everyday cooking.

Battery powered — no cable on the table
Each mill uses 6 × AAA batteries, for a total of 12 batteries for the pair. Batteries are not included. Good-quality alkaline batteries are recommended for stable grinding performance.
Care & use
- Use only dry salt, peppercorns or other dry spices compatible with the ceramic mechanism.
- Do not immerse the motor housing in water.
- Wipe the stainless-steel exterior with a soft damp cloth.
- Keep the grinding mechanism dry.
- Do not overtighten the grind regulator.
- Replace all batteries in one mill at the same time.
